Dover smART Project has some amazing volunteers and we appreciate the time they dedicate to help us in the delivery of our work.
Volunteering can be rewarding in many ways, through experiences, learning new skills and just being part of something rather exciting.

Below are our current volunteer opportunities:
GALLERY MINDERS – we need some lovely trustworthy people who have an interest in art and the community to become Gallery Minders. You need to be available to come along at least once a month and open the gallery to the public, to interact and explain the current exhibitions, and to promote the work of Dover smART Project.
YOUNG CARERS SUPPORT WORKER – if you have experience working with children and young adults, and understand the role of a Young Carer, then this is a great opportunity to work on a fantastic project. All of our groups are art-based but also focus on health and well-being. You will need to have a variety of skills and abilities, including compassion and creativity.
VOLUNTEER TEAM MEMBER – if you are creative and love people, then this a great volunteer opportunity. We need people to assist the Project Coordinators in running groups and outreach projects. All of our groups are art-based but also focus on health and wellbeing. You will need to have a variety of skills and abilities including compassion and creativity.
NOTE – all positions require an enhanced DBS check.
