Young Carers (aged 5 to 10)  meet every Saturday morning from 10.30am to midday.

Young Carers (aged 11 to 14) meet every Saturday afternoon 1pm to 230pm

Young Adult Carers (aged 15 to 18)  meet every Monday from 4pm to 530pm.

The groups start with healthy snacks and refreshments, we then do an art activity.  We like to be active and just have a lovely time.

What is a Young Carer?

A young carer is someone who looks after another person. … A young carer might look after someone because they’re sick, or have a disability or mental health issues. Or, if a parent or family member has an alcohol or drug problem, they may be unable to care for themselves or anyone else.

Young adult carers are young people who care, unpaid, for a family member or friend with an illness or disability, mental health condition or an addiction.
